After selecting the customer and country combination, the page refreshes and links are provided for you to download the bulk order template and the corresponding local portfolio file which is used to populate the dropdowns in the bulk order excel file. Please ensure both of these files are saved in the same directory and that you open the local portfolio file first and leave it open, then open the bulk order template to fill in your bulk order.
