Advance Search can be used for more specific filters to return more specific information back.  As display below, more options are available to search on from the Order.

The following fields will be available to search on using AND logic i.e. if Customer is set to Oracle and the Transaction Type is New Order then the result will only show orders for Oracle that are New orders.
 
·     Bulk Order ID
·     Order ID
·     Country
·     Raised By
·     End User name
·     MSISDN
·     Transaction Type
·     Customer Ref
·     BAN
·     OPCO Order ID
·     Order Date (Use a Range for Start & End)
·     Dispatch Date (Start & End)
·     Due Date (Start & End)
·     Status – multi select- select choose if you want don't want to filter by any status.

Hide Search

2. Hide Search
Clicking on this button will hide the Advanced Search screen and will take the user to the Search order screen.
 
NOTE: The Advanced Search fields won't be cleared out unless you clear them or quit the process.
