Search All Completed Orders
This page allows the user to search for All Completed orders which are visible to them based on which customers and countries they have permission to see.
Customer
Select a Customer to search orders applicable to them.

Routing Groups
Users do not have the access level to see routing groups, so this dropdown remains empty

Search Box
Manually input any search string. When searching all the columns in the search results table will be checked for matches. % is treated as a wildcard and can represent any unknown sequence of characters of an unknown length.
For example the search string C%XYZ would return results for CompanyXYZ

Country
After selecting a customer, you can also choose to specify a country for that customer that you wish to search

Transaction Type
To see order by a certain transaction type use this filter.

Raised By Me
Show only orders that were raised by the current user
|
|
Search
Click this to search results based on the criteria specified.
|
|
Quit
This button will quit the process and clear out all the filters.
|
|
Result Page Control
Displays the total number of pages of results and the page you are currently viewing. Click "prev" or "next" to change pages.

View Order
Click this button to view this particular order from the results table
|
|
Advanced Search
Clicking on this button will display the Advanced Search screen. Details of this screen will be explained in the following section.

SLA Status
The Service Level Agreement status shows how far the order is from breaching its SLA.
It will display 3 different colours to show the different SLA status:
Green will be displayed for SLA started.
Amber will be displayed for Response Warn Time, Response Time, Fix Warn Time.
Red will be displayed for after Fix Time.
If you hover over the icon it will also provide you how long it has from breaching its SLA and also shows how long the actual SLA is e.g 2WD SLA this means it has a 2 working day SLA.
